Hi , Thank you for being a part of the Karl Taylor Education family, we hope you’ve been enjoying our unlimited content. If you have been directed to this page when logging in this is because your subscription is on hold this is most likely either because you have either missed your last payment or you have paused / canceled your subscription but don't worry as this is easy to resolve.

If Karl Taylor Education was unable to collect a payment it's normally due to one of the following reasons:

  • The method of payment on file is no longer valid or has expired.

  • Your financial institution did not approve the monthly charge.

To resolve the issue, update your payment method (opens in a new window). 

Karl Taylor Education accepts most major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Once your payment information has been updated, you'll be able to continue enjoying Karl Taylor Education. If you're having trouble updating your payment information, you may want to reach out to your card issuer to ensure the card information is up to date, or try an alternate method of payment.

Karl Taylor Education will also automatically retry the failed payment periodically over the course of your billing cycle to help you get back to enjoying the service. Unfortunately all members accounts will be automatically cancelled after 7 days if payment details are not updated.

If your subscription was cancelled it's easy to restart it.

If you want to restart your Karl Taylor Education subscription to get back to watching your favorite photography courses and live shows; go to the signup page and choose the plan you’d like to renew your subscription with. (Monthly, Annually or our 2 year plan) then enter your payment details.

Once you have completed that step you will be taken to a page where you have the option to create a new account or sign in with an existing one. Simply select the 'I have an existing account' option and sign in to your existing username and password and you’re good to start exploring everything on the site again!
