Woah! Thank you Karl for the detailed and amazing critique of my cheese board photo. You made my day!!! I only joined a few weeks ago, that’s why you’ve never seen my name anywhere. I’m just transitioning into doing food photography/styling for a living in Australia and am soaking up all your tutorials. Thank you, I’m learning so much!!!

Thanks Julia, it’s a really great shot on many levels and glad you are enjoying the platform.
I thought we have until 12:00 to submit? It is now 11:00 and the form is closed?
Hello Karl Taylor Education, I have submitted one of my composite image. The shot being taken in an aquarium tank, bubbles and the roll on separately exposed and combined in PS. The blue color created with Custom WB and with a Strobe pointed on the back wall. The roll on illuminated with one strobe and parabolic softbox.
Thank you for reviewing.
Cheers, Volkan.
KTE team, my submission is from when I was a new subscriber. After watching Karl’s lesson’s on the beauty of diffused light from tracing paper.
The picture I entered is one of several stills of labware from my late father-in-law’s commercial medical laboratory.
Thank you for reviewing it.
